1. Acceptance

By registering an account at KumoBet (kumobet.casino) you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our safer gambling rules. If you do not accept any part of them, do not register.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), legally allowed to gamble where you live, and not on any self-exclusion register that covers kumobet.casino.

3. One Account Rule

One natural person, one household, one IP and one payment instrument may hold only one KumoBet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and bonus winnings forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for cards and bank wires, within 60 minutes for ewallets and crypto. Minimum deposit €10. Minimum withdrawal €20 or crypto equivalent. KumoBet may request KYC documents at any time and will hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

5. Bonuses

Each KumoBet promotion has its own T&Cs linked from the offer. General rules: 35x wagering on bonus only, 30 day expiry, max bet €5 while a bonus is active. Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, low-risk strategies, opposite betting) voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6. Account Closure

You can close your KumoBet account at any time from the account page. We may close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud or that have been dormant for 24 months. Any unwithdrawn balance is held in escrow for 12 months after closure.

7. Errors

If a game, jackpot, payout or balance shows an obviously wrong value due to a software fault, KumoBet reserves the right to reverse the affected transactions and restore the correct balance. Confirmed software bugs are documented in our public status log.

8. Licence and Governing Law

KumoBet operates under an international gaming licence. Disputes are resolved first through Ninja Support, then through an independent ADR provider whose contact is listed on the safer gambling page.

9. Changes

KumoBet may update these terms with 30 days notice by email to your registered address. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the new version.
